★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen sitio,llegue con cita 20 minutos antes de la misma y me atendieron para que no esperara,siguen los protocolos necesarios y en menos de 15 minutos tenía mi licencia en las manos ,el lugar es cómodo solo que el estacionamiento me cobro 38 pesos por los minutos que estuve ahí,supongo que sellarán el boleto en algún comercio pero por lo temprano que fui no estaba nada abierto salgo la tesoreria.
Good place, I arrived by appointment 20 minutes before it and they assisted me so that I did not wait, they follow the necessary protocols and in less than 15 minutes I had my license in my hands, the place is comfortable only that the parking lot charged me 38 pesos for the minutes that I was there, I suppose they will stamp the ticket in a trade but because of how early I went, the treasury was not open at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos protocolos de seguridad y eficiencia en el servicio. Llegué con cita y en 10 minutos estaba fuera con mi licencia de conducir. Lo que creo que falta es, en la parte digital, saber que tienes que hacer la cita primero y la página para eso; fue un tanto confuso el resultado al buscar en Google y fui a la semovi, donde ya me informaron de los pasos.
Good security protocols and efficiency in the service. I arrived by appointment and in 10 minutes I was out with my driver's license. What I think is missing is, in the digital part, to know that you have to make the appointment first and the page for that; the result was a bit confusing when searching in Google and I went to the semovi, where they already informed me of the steps.
