★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí el día de hoy por la mañana y me imprimieron mal mi línea de captura, ya que la pague y voy a hacer mi trámite de licencia me dicen que está mal y que inicie mi trámite de devolución cuando fue de ellos el error, tuve que volver a pagar porque me urgía mi licencia. Pésimo servicio, muy déspota y grosera la señorita supuestamente encargada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy en la mañana fui y no había servicio de pago con tarjeta y no había servicio y constancia de no inabilitacion, los dueños deberían de proporcionar las herramientas necesarias a sus empleados para que se nos pueda brindar un buen servicio no obstante, durante mucho tiempo no había servicio de parte del sistema, principales que deberían estar al tanto que todo funcione, es una empresa irresponsable y explotadora, Además que todo era un desorden en la fila y solo había una persona que intentaba poner el orden y todo se descontroló y los policías de la plaza ni hacían nada, en vez de que ayudarán estaban solo viendo, deberían correrlos, y tener mejor organización y servicio, además que no son rápidos ni claros en cuanto a las instrucciones que uno debe saber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el día y acudir con cita. Es bastante rápido. Salí en 15 minutos. Obvio con toda la documentación requerida. Así obtuve la licencia nuevamente. Seguridad y sanitización muy correcta. Sin problema de estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LLEVA TU LÍNEA DE CAPTURA YA PAGADA, te evitas horas de largas filas ya que no están bien organizadas las filas y hay mucha gente para trámites en el kiosko, pregunta a las personas encargadas antes de formarte. Para Licencias el proceso es muy rápido si llevas todos tus documentos bien (en especial el comprobante de domicilio que sea de la CDMX) y la línea de captura ya pagada, lleva impreso tu sello digital.
TAKE YOUR CAPTURE LINE ALREADY PAID, you avoid hours of long lines since the lines are not well organized and there are many people for procedures at the kiosk, ask the people in charge before training. Con cita agendada la espera es corta, la atención es amable y ágil, el tener más de 10 escritorios hace rápida tu estadía en el trámite que vayas a realizar, es importante llevar todos los documentos que te solicitan, de lo contrario tendrás que agendar una nueva cita no se permite entrar con compañía.
