★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , yo compre la pantalla en Soriana.com, y Soriana se deslindan de toda responsabilidad, me llego la pantalla con defecto en el display ,yo la tuve que llevar al centro de atención Vios el día 300920 , y no te realizan cambio físico por política, tienes que llevarla para que te la revisen después de un mes me dicen que tienen que enviarla a México en fin , es fecha que no me resuelven nada, no te dan una fecha compromiso ,que respuestas tan mediocres , porque el cliente final tiene que absorber las ineficiencias del personal de calidad de Vios , llevo 4 meses esperando una respuesta , pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en garantías compre una televisión en soriana en enero a los 30 días le salió una raya en la pantalla la lleve al centro de atención y es fecha que no resuelven nada se echan la pelota tanto call center como el centro de servicio no les recomiendo esa marca de tv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren productos de esta marca, son una basura. A los 2 meses empezó a fallar el display y se llevó a garantía, han pasado 8 meses y no me han entregado la televisión. En soporte técnico no ayudan en nada, solo se deslindan de responsabilidad.
