★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio fueron a mi domicilio a disque revisar mi lavadora, le quitaron un cacho de banda y quedaron de envíar la cotización, después de 3 días yo mandé mensaje para ver el porque no la habían mandado, se comunican conmigo y para empezar ni siquiera sabían que te nia mi lavadora y después me dicen que el proveedor de Whirlpool de Cancún estaba cerrado y que tenian que pedir las piezas a la Ciudad de México, ¿que piensas iban a pedir? Quien sabe porque ni ellos supieron que tenía la lavadora , solo fueron a cobrar por una revisión que no siquiera hicieron bien.
Terrible service they went to my home to check my washing machine, they took a piece of band off it and agreed to send the quote, after 3 days I sent a message to see why they hadn't sent it, they contacted me and to begin with they didn't even know that I had my washing machine and then they told me that the Whirlpool provider in Cancun was closed and that they had to order the parts from Mexico City, what do you think they were going to order? Who knows why they didn't even know I had the washing machine, they just went to charge for a review that they didn't even do well.
