La atención por teléfono y en recepción fue amable y me asesoraron respecto a mi trámite.
En el lugar implementan medidas sanitarias adecuadas.
Le pongo solo 4 estrellas por que la atención de la persona que me levanto el acta puede mejorar, acciones simples cómo responder el saludo, decir “por favor”, “de nada” pueden mejorar mucho la experiencia de los usuarios.
Enfrente hay una papelería donde pueden sacar copias o imprimir el formato de pago y a una cuadra hay un Oxxo donde pueden realizar el pago.
Tip: antes de ir hablen por teléfono para pedir informes del trámite, ingresen a la página de finanzas para generar el formato de pago e incluso pagar en línea, lleven copia de sus documentos incluyendo su identificación oficial, eso les ahorrará tiempo.

I give it only 4 stars because the attention of the person who took the record can improve, simple actions such as answering the greeting, saying "please", "you're welcome" can greatly improve the user experience.
In front there is a stationery where you can make copies or print the payment form and one block away there is an Oxxo where you can make the payment.
Tip: before you go, talk by phone to request information on the process, enter the finance page to generate the payment form and even pay online, take a copy of your documents including your official identification, that will save you time.
