★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manejan muy buenos horarios, lunes a viernes de 8 a 5 y sabado de 8 a 2. Y aplican garantia al ser centro autorizado Phillips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora Plata, (secretaria o no se qué sea) tene una actitud muy pobre, pésima atención y seguimiento.
Llevan más de un mes con mi equipo(me dijeron que 2-5 días) y todo el tiempo se deslindaron de su responsabilidad conmigo como cliente. Sigo en espera de que me regresen mi equipo, con presentación de queja ante la profeco ya en trámite. No lo recomiendo.
Mrs. Plata, (secretary or I don't know what it is) has a very poor attitude, terrible attention and follow-up.
They have been with my team for more than a month (they told me 2-5 days) and all the time they disclaimed their responsibility to me as a client. I am still waiting for my equipment to be returned to me, with a complaint being filed with the profeco already in process. I do not recommend it.
