★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ese lugar existe cero vocación de servicio o quizá me tocó un mal día, pero desde que llegas el trato de quién se encuentra en informes y recepción de documentos no es el más grato que digamos, aunado a ello hay que esperar demasiado tiempo bien para ser atendidos, creo que en gran medida se debe a que un mismo módulo se encarga de dos situaciones completamente distintas y que requieren diferente tiempo, es decir, jamás será lo mismo que te resuelvan una duda a ser atendido para que reciban y cotegen tus documentos de acuerdo al trámite que vayas a realizar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio, el supuesto horario es De 9 a 18 hrs. Pero los Tramites solo atienden a 60 personas. Sea que para las 12 del dia yo no atienden ma's. Y solo te permiten un Tramite por persona al dia. Upss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, a las 11am ya no te quieren atender. Son muy lentos, me hicieron regresar tres veces por qué no te dicen bien que papeles llevar. Yo hice baja de placas (INE, factura original, última tenencia, contrato de compraventa y en caso de robo el acta con los hechos) y tuve que llegar 6:30 para que así pudieran atenderme. Realmente nefasto prefiero los trámites de la CDMX.

La atención del personal no se me hizo mala como comentan otras personas. Hay estacionamiento a un costado del Suburbano y te cobra $39 pesos todo el día. Lugar seguro y no encontré mucha gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia, recibí un excelente servicio, muy rápido en el trámite que hice que fue cambio de propietario, llegué 6:30 ya que debes considerar que para este tipo de servicios debes llegar temprano siquieres ser de los primeros y salir temprano, yo salí 10:30 tomando en cuenta que empiezan a atender a las 09:00, reparten 30 fichas aunque sí siguen atendiendo a los que llegan después. Considera también que debes llevar todos tus documentos en regla si quieres evitar tiempo perdido y molestia propia. Buena organización y control. Todo el personal es amable a excepción de un servidor público de apellido Chamorro que aunque no me atendió pude notar que necesita mejorar su actitud de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de días, fui a realizar mis tramites para mis placas para una motocicleta, la atención dada en este centro fue bastante rápida y con una muy buena atención por parte de los servidores públicos que se encuentran aquí...
Hay veces que se enojan un poco, pero es de entender del ser humano y mas si tienes que atender a muchas personas en un tiempo reducido (también soy servidor publico y los comprendo)... pero de todas maneras, hacen o tratan siempre de dar lo mejor de ellos.
A mi comparar de este centro de servicios, con los que se encuentran en la Ciudad de México, aquí si se llevan las palmas! así que muchas felicitaciones por dar un buen ejemplo de su estado!
