★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy complicado para llegar, hay que asistir con cita, casi no hay gente, las personas que atienden muy prepotentes y a pesar que llevaba mi hoja impresa de la cita como me marca el trámite me mandaron a sacar una copia extra a un negocio junto tal pareciera que es es negocio de ellos.
Very complicated to get there, you have to attend by appointment, there are almost no people, the people who attend are very arrogant and even though I had my printed appointment sheet as the procedure marks me, they sent me to get an extra copy from a business together as it seemed which is their business.

If you have an appointment the attention is fast, but I have 2 weeks without a response to my request and I call and no one answers. I hope other people have better luck

Quick and easy process when done by appointment, the maximum time was 10 minutes and they had everything ready just to sign.

Ojalá no se mimeticen y caigan en ser prepotentes, creo que siempre hay opciones para solucionar y ayudar al contribuyente y ampliar el criterio . No me gustó. Y reitero se siente un poco su apatía. Debería haber visoria para mejorar su servicio.
I see your staff with little disposition, although I did not receive bad treatment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We find a little bit hard to find the Center because it looks like a normal house of the zone. There are a few parking lots around but most of the people park on the street. Once inside the process was very fast. The people explained and checked that we had all the documents needed and took us abut 20min to get our new plates. Great service.
