★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comentario relacionado a mi trámite de reemplacamiento. Para empezar no respetan el horario de la cita, te atienden conforme vas llegando. Yo llegué a las 7:00 de la mañana y te forman en la puerta principal del centro comercial, afuera si hace frío pues te lo aguantas. Casi a las 9:00, que es la hora en que abren, te meten para formarte. Sale alguien a solicitarte los documentos que imorimiste de Internet (cita, constancia de trámite y formato de pago) además de tus placas y la tarjeta de circulación. Ya adentro el trámite es muy rápido, desde que entras hasta que sales son aproximadamente unos 30 minutos. Más o menos se tardan 5 minutos por trámite. SI TE SIRVIO EL COMENTARIO REGALAME UN LIKE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque tu cita sea a las 9 apenas a esa hora abren las puertas. 4 módulos de control vehicular de los cuáles solo el #3 (Stephany) comenzó a atender a las 9:15 AM La persona del modulo #4 comenzó a atender 9:25 y la del módulo #2 (Alexia) hasta las 9:40, se estaba maquillando después de llegar tarde. El otro no tiene personal disponible; hasta las 10:30 se comenzaron a organizar para atender a la gente, termine 10:45. Después el trámite fue rápido y conciso. En definitiva traten de hacer lo que se pueda en línea y con cita, así tal vez solo te tome 1 hr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente para ser una dependencia de gobierno atienden bastante bien, son puntuales y te dan un buen trato, en mi propia experiencia puedo comentar que los servidores públicos hicieron un buen trabajo y la atención fue incluso antes de que comenzar el horario laboral
Honestly, for being a government agency they serve quite well, they are punctual and they give you a good treatment, in my own experience I can comment that the public servants did a good job and the attention was even before the start of working hours
