★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, en verdad pésimo servicio, para un simple cambio de almohadilla se tardaron una semana y resulta que voy por mi impresora y me entregan una que no es la mía y además no reconocen que me la cambiaron, demanda en puerta por abuso de confianza. No los recomiendo para nada.
Terrible, really terrible service, for a simple pad change it took a week and it turns out that I go for my printer and they give me one that is not mine and also they do not recognize that they changed it, I sued at the door for breach of trust. I do not recommend them at all.

If you want a fast service, it is not your option, in my case they took a week to fix my printer, and the invoice until after 20 days and they have not yet delivered it to me.
