Tube la oportunidad de laborar aquí en Agosto del 2021 todo estaba bien hasta que llegó el mes de diciembre, te obligan a firmar una carta de renuncia y encima de todo tienen el descaro de darte un formato para que expliques los motivos de tu renuncia cuando ellos son quien obligan...personal de rh incompetente, no te saben resolver nada, no contestan los msj, hasta el momento no me han pagado el finiquito que corresponde a como lo manda la ley, a otros compañeros les hicieron lo mismo no fui el único...si alguien lee este comentario y estas por ingresar a esta "empresa" piensatelo 2 veces y busca mas opciones...yo afortunadamente ya estoy en una empresa de verdad donde todo es transparente

I had the opportunity to work here in August 2021, everything was fine until December arrived, they force you to sign a resignation letter and above all they have the nerve to give you a form to explain the reasons for your resignation when they They are the ones who oblige...incompetent HR personnel, they don't know how to solve anything for you, the msgs don't answer, so far they haven't paid me the settlement that corresponds to what the law requires, they did the same to other colleagues, I wasn't the one unique...if someone reads this comment and you are about to join this "company", think twice and look for more options...luckily I am already in a real company where everything is transparent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pérdida de tiempo total, no asistan a entrevista , cero profesionalismo por parte del equipo de RH, me dejaron esperando hora y media y no me atendieron, y ni siquiera me dieron una explicación del porqué se estaban demorando tanto, la personas que me recibió se llama Gerardo Nuñez cuando le pregunté que si me atenderían, lo que me contestó es que si gustaba me podía retirar, es la persona más torpe que pude conocer, y la persona que me agendo la cita conmigo, es Rodrigo Ruiz supuestamente es analista de recursos humanos, no caigan en este tipo de empresas.
Total waste of time, they did not attend the interview, zero professionalism on the part of the HR team, they left me waiting an hour and a half and did not attend me, and they did not even give me an explanation of why they were taking so long, the people who received me Gerardo Nuñez calls when I asked him if he would attend me, what he answered is that if he liked it he could leave me, he is the most clumsy person I could meet, and the person who scheduled the appointment with me, is Rodrigo Ruiz, supposedly he is a resource analyst humans, do not fall into this type of company.

Pésima, nefasta, deficiente atención al cliente
Creo profesionalismo, te cuelgan las llamadas para no darte la atención o solucionarte problemas. En serio, si no les gusta trabajar en esto ¿porqué poner y montar un negocio que no vas a cuidar?

Terrible, disastrous, poor customer service
I believe professionalism, they hang up your calls to not give you attention or solve problems. Seriously, if you don't like working at this, why set up a business that you're not going to take care of?
