★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los vendedores siempre es amable, pero nunca está el(la) cajero (a), no es la primera ocasión que me ocurre: hoy pasé a las 14:20 hrs. y me dijeron que regresara a pagar a las 14:40 hrs. Regresé a las 15:00 y me dijeron que volviera hasta las 16:00. El mes pasado fue lo mismo. Y al menos me ha ocurrido 4 veces más y siempre a distintas horas, deberían ser más selectivos con su personal o establecer horas de servicio de la caja, pésimo en ese sentido porque uno no tendría que andar persiguiendo al cajero(a) para pagar.
The salespeople's attention is always friendly, but the cashier is never there, it is not the first time that happens to me: today I stopped by at 2:20 p.m. and they told me to come back to pay at 2:40 p.m. I came back at 3:00 p.m. and they told me to come back until 4:00 p.m. Last month it was the same. And at least it has happened to me 4 more times and always at different times, they should be more selective with their staff or establish hours of service of the cashier, terrible in that sense because one would not have to go chasing the cashier to pay.

Les resto una estrella a la falta de personal para dar información, ya que la única persona que atiende lo hace muy bien y rápido, pero los visitantes la superan.
