★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procedimientos de recepción muy malos, este Octubre me toco ir y con solo 3 maquinas disponibles de 7, una espera de 1hr con 45min. Y no era hr pico!
Mejoren ya quedan pocos en la zona!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde la entrada muy pero muy déspotas las señoritas que están recibiendo los documentos, la cajera tuvimos que esperarla por más de 7 minutos, ya que salió por sus paletas, la que pone la calcomanía azota las puertas, los que verifican los autos al igual que todos comiendo y platicando. NO sirve de nada la cita ya que me tardaron una hora. PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Pero sino tienen cita también los atienden. Estoy de acuerdo que debe pasar una persona pero tienen la sala de espera ventilada y vacía, no entiendo porque no permiten que el o los acompañantes esperen ahí, vi como a una persona de la tercera edad tuvo que sentarse en la banqueta para esperar en donde está la empatía?

Ah, el servicio es bueno. Tardado como en todos los verificentros pero buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si le pudiera dar menos dos estrella sería lo ideal, PÉSIMO servicio, les falta muchísima capacitación al personal, NO PUDIERON verificar mi camioneta, no tenían idea de cómo desactivar la tracción pero tampoco me preguntaron lo único que me dijeron fue que tenía que ir a la agencia a desactivarla con un escáner!!! Y solo es desactivarla desde el menú... si no quieren venir a perder el tiempo y a pasar un mal rato les recomiendo buscar otras opciones!!!!
If I could give it less two stars it would be the ideal, AWFUL service, they lack a lot of training to the staff, they COULDN'T check my truck, they had no idea how to deactivate the traction but they did not ask me the only thing they told me was that I had to go to the agency to deactivate it with a scanner !!! And it is only to deactivate it from the menu ... if you do not want to come to waste time and have a bad time I recommend looking for other options !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal se la pasa jugando, la atención es en extremo lenta y te hacen esperar bajo el sol, la cajera no regresa bien los cambios, van varias veces que le tengo que pedir las monedas que faltan, ademas los técnicos avanzan el carro como si fuera arrancón y para rematar cuando entregan el carro siempre tiene el estereo a máximo volumen...
Pésimo servicio.
The staff spends all their time playing, the attention is extremely slow and they make you wait under the sun, the cashier does not return the changes well, several times I have to ask her for the missing coins, also the technicians advance the car as if out of drag and to top it off when they deliver the car always has the stereo at maximum volume...
