Very friendly staff and the waiting time was moderate. They didn't keep me waiting long. Obviously if you go the last few days it is quite what you have to wait.

I would give it 5 stars but the dating service is lousy and the system is going to verify every so often you lose all day to a person having your scheduled appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya saben que siempre hay gente pero el otro día fuimos entre semana a las 6-6:30pm y pasamos luego luego!!!!... asi entre semana es muy rápido, otra opción es hacer cita para que también no tardes tanto.
You know that there are always people but the other day we went during the week at 6-6: 30pm and we went later later !!!! ... so during the week it is very fast, another option is to make an appointment so that it does not take too long.
