★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can one say about a place where you must get your Guanajuato car emission tested? On the negative side, the wait is long since there is only one vehicle testing area. I did this on a Monday, and it still took an hour. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and helpful so you don't feel as miserable as you could doing this Mexican bureaucracy thing (2x/year!). No complaints about the frequency of testing however. Mexico takes the environment seriously (unlike its neighbor to the north).
