★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para verificar de Querétaro el establecimiento es atendido por personas inmaduras, poco profesionales, que no saben de servicio al cliente, lentas no llevan un control de llegada de los autos estos chavitos de no las de 20 años no entienden nada de que es para hoy. Deberían de poner alguien responsable que pueda realizar bien el trabajo.
 The worst place to verify in Querétaro, the establishment is attended by immature, unprofessional people, who do not know about customer service, are slow, do not keep track of the arrival of cars, these 20-year-olds do not understand anything about what it is for today. They should put someone responsible who can do the job well.

Before it was good service. Today they made me wait 3 hours even though I had an appointment, apart from that they take care of you reluctantly.

Me dijeron que no podía verificar porque tenía multa por exceder el tiempo, me mandaron a SEDESU y ahí me dijeron que aún estaba en tiempo, tuvieron ellos que llamar al verificentro para que me atendieran ( cabe mencionar) que mi vehículo es nuevo y la primera vez que fui me rechazaron cobrando $150, cuando deben ser $115. No vayan ahí!
Terrible service! They told me that I couldn't verify because I had a fine for exceeding the time, they sent me to SEDESU and there they told me that I still had time, they had to call the verification center to attend to me (it is worth mentioning) that my vehicle is new and the first time I went they turned me away charging $150, when it should be $115. Don't go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saque mi cita para verificar y me atendieron exactamente a la hora que la tenía. Muy buena atención y con rapidez. Tienen salita de espera mientras te hacen el tramite.
I made my appointment to verify and they attended me exactly at the time I had it. Very good service and quickly. They have a waiting room while they do the process for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar tiene pésima calificación en cuanto a servicio a cliente y la razón es muy obvia, la atención siempre es pésima, parece que te están haciendo un favor de mala gana, o que te están regalando el servicio. Sobretodo por parte de la chica que tiene el problema en sus ojitos (con todo respeto). En mi vida volveré a este lugar.
This place has a terrible rating in terms of customer service and the reason is very obvious, the attention is always terrible, it seems that they are doing you a favor reluctantly, or that they are giving you the service for free. Especially from the girl who has the problem in her eyes (with all due respect). In my life I will return to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... hay citas desde las 9 y empiezan a trabajar hasta las 930 o mas tarde. No tienen la gente suficiente y tampoco está capacitada...no vuelvo a venir aquí. Hagan su cita en otro lugar, en un lugar q si funcionen las citas.
Luego q no están calibradas sus máquinas... pésimo pésimo lugar!!!!
Terrible service... there are appointments from 9 and they start working until 930 or later. They don't have enough people and they aren't trained either...I won't come here again. Make your appointment elsewhere, in a place where appointments work.
Then their machines are not calibrated... lousy lousy place!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendable desde el punto de vista que no está muy concurrido, para esta ocasión la atención fue seca y a medias ya que llegué y entiendo que sin cita pero sólo había un auto por delante y para el momento en que se acercó alguien a preguntar si tenía cita o no pasaron 15 minutos aproximadamente, antes de esto un empleado estaba sentado "disfrutando" la tarde dándose cuenta de la llegada y con toda displicencia siguió en lo suyo y más aún paso de lado como si nada, después viene alguien a decir que no era posible la atención sino hasta el siguiente día con cita que hizo favor de generar...
Recommended from the point of view that it is not very crowded, for this occasion the attention was dry and half since I arrived and I understand that without an appointment but there was only one car ahead and by the time someone approached to ask if I had an appointment or approximately 15 minutes did not pass, before this an employee was sitting "enjoying" the afternoon realizing the arrival and with all indifference he continued with his business and even more I step aside as if nothing, then someone comes to say that it was not possible care until the next day by appointment that he did please generate ...
