★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece qie podrían mejorar el servicio, ya que de.pronto se saturan y se hacen bolas, al entregar el auto, la última vez una persona estaba muy molesta porque si vehículo nuevo de agencia lo pasaron 4 veces y no le daban el holagrama, espero hagan algo al respecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé al centro de verificación el día anterior para decirles que no había podido hacer cita a través del sitio de internet y me dijeron que fuera sin cita y que ahí mismo ellos me sacaban la cita.Asi fue y me atendieron rápido y bien,son eficientes aunque no muy amables, pero seguro regresaría

That was it and they attended me quickly and well, they are efficient although not very friendly, but I would surely return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es normal, trato en general "amable" aunque la experiencia deja mucho que desear.
Saca siempre tu cita y llega a tiempo, ayuda bastante en tiempos de pandemia para evitar saturaciones (al menos así me tocó)
Hay una sala de espera con aire acondicionado y sanitarios con agua, jabón (decentes) y tambien hay antibacterial al alcance.
Ve prepararado para que tu auto no pase aunque ni siquiera lo sometan a prueba, o bien, puedes tener suerte y ser el caso contrario donde si pase y tampoco le hagan el test.
En fin ... México mágico #VisitMexico
The service is normal, treatment in general "friendly" although the experience leaves much to be desired.
Always take your appointment and be on time, it helps a lot in times of pandemic to avoid saturations (at least that's how it was my turn)
There is a waiting room with air conditioning and toilets with water, soap (decent) and there is also antibacterial within reach.
Go prepared so that your car does not pass even if it is not even tested, or else, you may be lucky and be the opposite case where it does pass and they do not test it either.
