Llegué buscando una alternativa para “ejercitar” mi cuerpo y resultó que logré ejercitar mi espíritu y en consecuencia ejercité mi cuerpo. Martha fue mi primera instructora y luego también tomé clases con Luis y con Sofi, cada quien tiene su propio estilo y eso enriquece mi experiencia. Manejan muy bien la técnica y tienen una dinámica que te contagia positivamente.
My name is Rocío and my experience in Sol y Luna yoga has been the turning point in my life. I arrived looking for an alternative to "exercise" my body and it turned out that I managed to exercise my spirit and consequently I exercised my body. Martha was my first instructor and then I also took classes with Luis and Sofi, each one has their own style and that enriches my experience. They manage the technique very well and have a dynamic that positively spreads you.
