Estuve un tiempo buscando el lugar más adecuado para mí para entrenar en Ixtapaluca y al final encontré el gimnasio Ruso Team, ya no me voy de ahí.
Le recomiendo a las mujeres entrenar KravMaga.
También existe la opción de boxeo y más artes marciales.
An excellent place to train with professionals in the field of sport and martial arts. The atmosphere is very nice.
I spent some time looking for the most suitable place for me to train in Ixtapaluca and in the end I found the Russian Team gym, I'm not leaving there anymore.
I recommend women train KravMaga.
