★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les invito a mejorar la atención al cliente ya que en mi caso sentí que fue prepotente , y mas que nada a mejorar su servicio, ya que tuve que esperar más de media hora para una cita que se supone ya tenia programada, al entrar al tratamiento no fue lo que esperaba ya que no se tomaron el tiempo para realizarlo; al momento de que me limpiaron el rostro la esponja tenía un olor a humedad, lo cual me da la impresión de que no cuentan con la limpieza necesaria en sus utensilios o que no los están renovando frecuentemente.
I invite you to improve customer service since in my case I felt that I was arrogant, and more than anything to improve your service, since I had to wait more than half an hour for an appointment that I supposed was already scheduled, when entering the treatment It was not what I expected since they did not take the time to do it; at the time they cleaned my face the sponge had a musty smell, which gives me the impression that they do not have the necessary cleaning in their utensils or that they are not being renewed frequently.
