For a start: -Even if you schedule your appointments, they never come to you on time so be patient, because if you arrive early they won't come to you either because the team is busy with another patient who surely came late. -if you cannot go to your appointment and you mark in advance to cancel and reschedule, they tell you that an unattended appointment is an appointment that is taken for granted, that is, they make you sign even if you have not taken the treatment and the appointments range from 200 pesos to 480. And therefore you already lost it. -Several times I am told that the equipment does not work and they cannot schedule the treatment for me because everything is full when you see the area and he is alone. -you arrive at your appointment on time and they tell you at the reception that they are in training, when you hear the girls laughing in another room and they make you wait until they get rid of their chaos and they pass you 40 minutes later, and coincidentally there if it applies what is there unoccupied space and equipment to serve you. -The packages are not cheap, they range from 200 to 15,000 pesos. Depending on the need of the patient and even so they make you wait, the treatments are not well applied, the receptionists never know how to schedule things for you in order to have the whole afternoon free of patients. -The sheets are always dirty. The other time I heard how one of the girls there had burned a patient, but the patient did not complain. THEY NEED PRACTICE!! I honestly expected a lot from this place and in the area they should have more knowledge of how to perform the treatments and in the facials it shows that they are unprofessional. There is only one person at the reception who strives to give you a good service, to her my respect and admiration.
