★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te quieren cobrar todo hacen negocio con las guías no te dan ni una bolsa para tu envío. Es más ni cinta canela e quieren dar para cerrar un envío. El local está sucio fuera de orden. Huelen feo, les huele la boca. Groseros todo mal muy mal la peor sucursal de fedex que conozco la uso sólo por que no llegaba a otra para que saliera mi envío

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy ubicado, sin embargo no hay estacionamiento y la atención del personal es pésima, siempre encuentran un algo para decir que tú paquete no está bien o le falta algo. FedEx es una empresa que me desagrada y la utilizo porque Mercado libre me la asigna para enviar paquetes, si yo tengo que pagar es mi ultima opción. En lo personal esta oficina me desagrada mucho y procuraré no regresar a ella.
A very located place, however there is no parking and the attention of the staff is terrible, they always find something to say that your package is not right or something is missing. FedEx is a company that I dislike and I use it because Mercado Libre assigns it to send packages, if I have to pay it is my last option. Personally, I dislike this office a lot and I will try not to return to it.

Les llamo para que me den información para saber de mi paquete y me dicen que pidieron información a remitente que no quiso compartir y al hablar con él remitente, me comenta que solo le pidieron lo básico y todas las excusas que me dieron por el incumplimiento, solo fueron mentiras para culpar al operador del servicio que también fue terrible por parte de #FedEx poco interés en cumplir los tiempos.

Me trato muy cortesmente y reviso los datos del destinatario en la pantalla, sólo cambió el número de teléfono celular del destinatario. Un servicio rápido y eficiente. Gracias.
I have been going to this Shipping Center for years. The Lord who attends me asked me why I had stopped going for a long time??? Two years the time the Pandemic has been.
