El concepto que manejan es bastante agradable para los amantes de la naturaleza, tratan de conservar la zona lo mejor posible y disminuyen el impacto humano de manera considerable.
Los grupos para el avistamiento son muy grandes, no hay un buen control sobre el grupo, y la zona o área de avistamiento de luciérnagas no está compenetrada en el bosque, por lo cual la cantidad de luciérnagas no es tan amplía como en otros sitios.
Las cabañas son pequeñas, pero acogedoras.
