Me gustaba mucho este lugar para hacer la fiesta infantil de mi hija, pero desde el momento en el que hable por teléfono, el hombre que me contesto fue sumamente GROSERO, (no me dio su nombre siquiera) pregunté por precios, lo que incluye (por qué en todas las salas infantiles te EXPLICAN si tienen paquetes, mesas, sillas, servicio) le pregunté todo y me dijo que era todo el día (No me dijo que horario, me contestó: "todo el día señora ¿No entiende?" (Jamás me dijo a qué hora se entregaba el local ni, nada) insistí en preguntar y me volvió a decir de manera más agresiva: TODO EL DIA. Luego pregunté si podía incluir servicio (en cocina y meseros) a lo cual me respondió que no le es redituable por lo que cobra (eso no fue lo que yo preguntaba, ya que estaba dispuesta a pagar el extra por esos servicios) me empezó a querer explicar cuánto le gana desglosandome el precio (cosa que a un cliente no tiene por qué estarle diciendo, ya que yo esperaba que me diga al menos : son 600 extra por ese servicio, etc) pero no siendo suficiente la falta de competencia de este hombre, todavía me respondió: que estaba preguntando incoherencias y me colgó. No suelo hacer malas referencias, pero espero que de verdad que la persona que me contestó no siga estando en atención al cliente ( y si es el dueño, qué pena y que pocas ganas de vender) por qué no tiene paciencia ni estructura para explicar nada, ni un paquete, ni lo que incluye, NI EL HORARIO EXACTO me pudo decir y además me dejó con la palabra en la boca. Pésimo y voy a compartir esta mala experiencia con mis conocidos, por qué de verdad no tiene respeto ese hombre. HEAVY TELEPHONE, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT ATTENTION.
