I really like the way the school deals with the children, most of its teachers are very respectful, organized and responsible. They are always looking for a primary school option for their children, I really recommend that they go ask for information, they will not regret it.

Very bad experience with this elementary school from spaces such as the attention and dedication given to parents and students. The school is very small and they keep increasing the number of students or they make groups for which they don't even have teachers. They have not yet delivered my son's papers due to a delay we had and that is illegal The previous versions are totally true because my son also got 6 in everything. The directors spend their time disrespecting, insinuating things about your children and about you and you cannot expose them to a thought of yours as a parent because they retaliate in this way by withholding the roles of your children and rate your children with the lowest grades.

DO NOT enroll your children in the Itzá Educational Center is a primary pity. To begin with, the facilities are very small for so many children, at recess they have a bench per group where the entire room does not even fit and they cannot move from there because there is no space and they scold them if they move from that place. In the events of the year they do not even have space to dance freely because of the small space. And well the last straw in less than 6 months my son had 3 different teachers and finally they left the children with the preschool teacher who taught English since my son was from primary school. They never let you pass to clarify doubts and if there is a problem where you take the initiative to solve, they wash their hands saying that it is your child's fault and they turn things around in their own way. Complementary classes are given from time to time. In this pandemic we had a delay of 2 months and the DIRECTOR of this school suspended my son from his online classes and they had already evaluated my son and he had not done badly in terms of grades; However, the director asked us to deposit half the debt and reactivate my son and we complied and as soon as we paid we asked him to please reactivate it but he did not comply and I only replied that we did not worry about the delay of my son, why according to him My son was already behind due to the mistakes he had when he gave him chickenpox and, apart from that, he affected my son, giving him an average of 6 in all the subjects, although my son completed all the tasks, jobs and connected to classes (noting that 2 teachers had already given grades and my son was 10) And now by the will of the principal my son has 6 in all his subjects and when he asks the teacher about this, she tells me that she is totally unaware of what happened that she did not know anything about. I hope I can help parents to get to know this school better and avoid the same thing that happens to us, since my son was affected and due to the situation we are facing, the institutions where the complaints are made are not even working Relevant.

I do not know trust this primary, they are only interested in money and not the education of the students, on the official website and in school reports they sell a wonderful school and they have no space. They are only friendly the day they charge you the registration, when they sell you the school uniform and books why the rest of the year ... they are rude and they don't even let you pass to clarify doubts. fucking perfect school, I studied there and enjoyed my stay very much, I graduated in 2018 and I loved it, I don't understand the adults who are ardent about their opinions, maybe yes, the generations to come may not receive what mine received but it is a Very applied school and very good way of teaching, the attention that my parents received when clarifying doubts, they were always courteous towards them and all the other parents, it may be a small school, but the teachers make up for it with an excellent way of teaching teaching, whenever I or any of my classmates had doubts, they clarified them without any problem, this school helped me to be organized and responsible, I may not have been an exemplary student, but the principles and teachings that I received in that school They have helped me in my life.
