★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable, tiene buenos espacios para oficinas y alguno negocios, sería mejor si contará con estacionamiento ya que las vialidades son angostas para acceder.
 The place is nice, it has good spaces for offices and some businesses, it would be better if it has parking since the roads are narrow to access.

Si vives o trabajas cerca, no dejes de visitar la Cocina económica El Kiosquito, disfrutarás de un almuerzo o comida es rica, a muy buen precio y muy completa. Puedes comprar para llevar o para comer ahí. El horario es de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 3:30 y se encuentra en el interior del Centro Ejecutivo El Pinar. Se los recomiendo mucho.
There are different offices and service premises, a flower shop, a gym, a sleep clinic, a beauty salon (they work very well, highly recommended), a veterinarian, an affordable kitchen, and more.
If you live or work nearby, be sure to visit the El Kiosquito economic kitchen, you will enjoy a delicious lunch or meal, at a very good price and very complete. You can buy to take away or to eat there. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and it is located inside the El Pinar Executive Center. I highly recommend them.
