★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, mal diagnóstico, cobros excesivamente caros, maltratan mucho los equipos. No contestan los mensajes, llamadas. No recomiendo el servicio totalmente ineficaz poco profesional, no saben. Desgraciadamente uno va para que le den solución.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal el diagnóstico que me dieron, me dijeron que tenian que cambiar una pieza de mi pantalla, y que "tal vez" con eso quedaba, y si no verian que mas fallo, lo cual demuestra que no era un diagnóstico seguro!! Y luego querian cobrar carísimo! la mano de obra, mas que la pieza que pretendian cambiar, y sumando todo salia mejor comprar otra pantalla!! Muy mal!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos cobraron $4,300 por reparar una pantalla que ni la arreglaron; aparte la maltrataron y la rayaron... tardaron 8 meses para regresarnos las y solo nos dieron la mitad de nuestro dinero. No sé los recomiendo.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, su técnico reviso mi refrigerador me cobraron $6,950.00 más la visita para el diagnóstico, me comentaron que con la compostura el refri tendría una vida útil de cuando menos 5 años, 5 meses después el refrigerador tenía fallas no se apagaba y sonidos raros, pido una nueva revisión la cual me cobraron y resulta que necesitan cambiar más piezas las cuales ya están des continuadas por lo que el refri ya no sirve, no se hicieron responsables de nada, un verdadero FRAUDE
Terrible service, your technician checked my refrigerator, they charged me $6,950.00 plus the visit for the diagnosis, they told me that with the repair the refrigerator would have a useful life of at least 5 years, 5 months later the refrigerator had faults, it did not turn off and strange sounds, I ask for a new revision which they charged me and it turns out that they need to change more parts which are already discontinued so the fridge no longer works, they were not responsible for anything, a real FRAUD
