They took away the financial support because most of the resources were being used for this return to school and now neither back to school nor the financial support. Quite unfortunate this situation, where they do not have a word, they do not comply.

Terrible attitude of managers. They are only interested in collecting school fees even when there are no classes or the facilities are not used, yes, in the name of the father. My children were in kindergarten, primary, secondary and CCH. But since they don't want face-to-face classes, one of my children already has depression problems, what if he commits suicide? Nobody cares or does anything. More than a year and a half reporting their problems, +40 emails with different people and nobody cares. They only care about collecting school fees and better if they are paid in advance before their vacations. It's February 2022 and we still haven't opened the school in person despite the fact that almost all the other schools in the state of Mexico have already done so for 1 year. Don't you see the damage they do to education? My preschool son doesn't know how to write all the letters of the alphabet, he doesn't read anything. And it's because he only has 2 classes a day. Of course, they want one to be educating the child from home. In which elementary school will they accept him like this if he is already 6 years old and does not know how to write more than 7 letters? And it is not the fault of the teachers, but rather that this school is only interested in their economic well-being, saving expenses and charging full tuition. Truly, how cheeky and what an affectation that we continue without face-to-face classes just because they keep putting up absurd excuses that other schools don't do. There is no return to classes that they promised, they did not fulfill and continue to charge very expensive and the academic level has declined because they do not open any necessary facilities for learning. I do not recommend it and those responsible should be fired but I think they cannot fire millionaire parents who work in the name of the Lord as they always say in their communications
