Ojalá su familia nunca necesite, la vida da muchas vueltas. Si no le gusta su trabajo, busque otro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato a las personas. La "señora" que se supone debe tomarte las muestras es despota e inepta, pues a "ojo de buen cubero" te dice que NO tienes venas y se larga y te deja ahi sentado.
Que pésimo trato, por eso las pesonas no donan.
Aparte del estres que tienes porque un familiar está enfermo tienes que estar soportando ese tipo de situaciones.
Capaciten al personal, si esa tipa es incompetente para tomar muestras y hacer el procedimiento, contraten a otra persona.
Terrible treatment of people. The "lady" who is supposed to take the samples is despotic and inept, because "eye of a good cubero" tells you that you have NO veins and leaves and leaves you sitting there.
What a terrible deal, that's why people don't donate.
Apart from the stress you have because a family member is sick you have to be enduring such situations.
Train staff, if that guy is incompetent to take samples and do the procedure, hire another person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son amplias y limpias. El personal es atento, amable y profesional.
Atienden conforme fueron llegando (Si eres donador altruista pasarás primero sin importar la hora a la que llegues). La gente comienza a llegar desde las 6 de la mañana para hacer fila. El personal llega a las 7 y comienza por pedir las identificaciones oficiales de quienes van a donar para luego dar una plática sobre los requisitos para donar sangre.
Después se hace una entrevista en trabajo social, se toma el peso de los candidatos y un medico evalúa a los candidatos a donar sangre para sacarles una muestra sanguínea.
Despues de un tiempo, si fueron aceptados para donar en base a sus muestras, pasarán a donar sangre. El proceso no duele. Después de donar pasa uno al comedor por un refrigerio y al final a trabajo social para llenar la forma de auto exclusión.
Es importante guardar ayuno ese día, no ir desvelado, no cenar cosas grasosas la noche anterior y no haber tomado alcohol dos días antes.
The facilities are spacious and clean. The staff is attentive, friendly and professional.
They attend as they arrived (If you are an altruistic donor you will pass first regardless of the time you arrive). People start arriving from 6 in the morning to line up. The staff arrives at 7 and begins by asking for official IDs of those who are going to donate and then give a talk about the requirements to donate blood.
After a social work interview, the weight of the candidates is taken and a doctor evaluates the candidates to donate blood to get a blood sample.
After a while, if they were accepted to donate based on their samples, they will donate blood. The process does not hurt. After donating, one goes to the dining room for a snack and finally to social work to fill out the form of self-exclusion.
It is important to keep fasting that day, not go unveiled, not eat greasy things the night before and not drink alcohol two days before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio todo bien, la señorita de servicio social muy amable y atenta, todo fluía, de repente, todo se detuvo hora y media, la fila ya no avanzo, después los doctores y demás personal ya de pronto todos en su relajo..para que al fin nos dijeran, que ya no nos hiban a atender y que nos retiraramos.
At first, everything was fine, the social service lady was very kind and attentive, everything was flowing, suddenly, everything stopped for an hour and a half, the line no longer moved forward, then the doctors and other staff were suddenly all relaxed... to stop that at last they told us that they were no longer going to attend to us and that we should withdraw.
