Al que enviaron fue un tal Francisco Cano, dijo que 5 años de garantía a los 15 días con goteras y no responde para nada, para hacer valida la garantía, ni dar la cara, es un modus operandi, cero estrellas solo para que deje publicar.

Te mandan instalar con un técnico que luego resulta que no es de ellos, así que no se hacen responsables... pedí un número para hablar con un supervisor pero no me lo dieron y dijeron q casi nunca va, así q no podría hablar con él/ella. Pero escuché que decían entre ellos que no le hablaran porque se iba a enojar...
Esos empleados ganan extra por pasarle trabajos al “técnico externo”... ojalá la administración haga algo al respecto.
