Relatively new bank, at least new in Cancun. It offers a great first with its car service. You will have to give it time and eventually give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deben que trabajar mucho en servicio al cliente, no contestan emails, no contestan telefonos, no mandan estados de cuenta de las cuentas de personas morales en tiempo!!!! atencion por el personal dentro del banco esta bien, pero via telefono es un horror, se siente que son molestos.
They must work a lot in customer service, they don't answer emails, they don't answer phones, they don't send statements of accounts of legal entities on time!!!! attention by the staff inside the bank is fine, but by phone it is a horror, you feel that they are annoying.
