Hay clases de CrossFit en diferentes horarios, la couch es muy amable y te enseña si eres nuevo, además de que las rutinas son muy variadas y las adapta de acuerdo a tu nivel y resistencia, además te enseña y corrijen la técnica e incluso entrena con los alumnos en la clase de las 8:15pm, el nivel es muy intenso en esa clase, sin embargo te puede poner otros ejercicios más sencillos si eres principiante.
El costo del gimnasio es realmente accesible, vale la pena y el ambiente es muy agradable!!
