★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, atendieron una garantía de un equipo nuevo que se me descompuso ya instalado, les supliqué que me ayudaran porque tenía la fuga de agua y sin agua caliente en cada. Se presentaron después de una semana, teníamos que buscarlos para que nos atendieran y no venían , cuando por fin vinieron sólo levantaron un reporte que enviarían a la marca sin ninguna empatía de ayudarnos y con una muy mala actitud del técnico que nos atendió. Terminé contratando otro técnico especialista que me solucionó el problema en medio día, termino siendo algo muy sencillo, y yo con casi tres semanas sin poder solucionarlo porque me pedían que no hiciera nada hasta que ellos me llamaran, y así pasaban los días. Esta empresa no tiene compromiso , ni misión por el cliente ni mucho menos un valor de servicio.
Terrible service, they took care of a guarantee of a new equipment that broke down already installed, I begged them to help me because I had the leak of water and without hot water in each one. They showed up after a week, we had to look for them to attend to us and they did not come, when finally they came they only raised a report that they would send to the brand without any empathy to help us and with a very bad attitude from the technician who attended us. I ended up hiring another specialist technician who solved the problem in half a day, I ended up being something very simple, and I with almost three weeks without being able to solve it because they asked me not to do anything until they called me, and so the days went by. This company has no commitment, no mission for the client, much less a service value.
