No son empaticos con los pacientes, les falta tacto para tratar a la gente, no dan suficiente información. La recepcionista atiende con sueño el teléfono para agendar una cita. En general no lo recomiendo.
Unfortunately, the attention of the medical staff, reception and pharmacy are deficient. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sentido de amabilidad deja mucho que desear, es un hospital privado y siento que estoy en algún imss u otro hospital de gobierno. Me tocó ver a una señora que llegó asustada por la picadura de un animal y le dijeron tome asiento y siguieron con sus actividades normales. Yo esperaba atención rápida personalizada para darle al menos tranquilidad a la señora. Por otra parte te solicitan una cita previa y llegando puntual a la cita resulta qué hay otras dos personas esperando antes que tú. Hasta ahora mi experiencia no ha sido agradable. Lo comento para que puedan mejorar el servicio y calidez a sus clientes, con el propósito que mi comentario les sirva
The sense of friendliness leaves much to be desired, it is a private hospital and I feel like I am in some imss or other government hospital. I had to see a lady who arrived frightened by an animal bite and they told her to take a seat and they continued with their normal activities. I expected rapid personalized attention to at least give the lady peace of mind. On the other hand, they ask you for an appointment and when you arrive on time for the appointment, it turns out that there are two other people waiting before you. So far my experience has not been pleasant. I comment so that they can improve the service and warmth to their clients, with the purpose that my comment serves them
