El problema es que el lugar es algo pequeño y en ocasiones hay mucha gente que quiere impresiones lo que atrasa la atención. RECOMENDACIÓN: Creo que pudieran ofrecer el servicio de atención en línea, recibir por correo lo que queremos imprimir, el cliente dar especificaciones del material, del papel y cantidad de impresiones u otros productos que necesitemos, hacer el pago en línea y así solamente ir a recoger las impresiones. Ahorraría mucho tiempo a las personas que no disponemos de tanto.
They have a very complete service in terms of material that you want to print. The problem is that the place is somewhat small and sometimes there are many people who want impressions, which draws attention. RECOMMENDATION: I think they could offer the service online, receive by mail what we want to print, the client give specifications of the material, paper and quantity of prints or other products that we need, make the payment online and thus only go to collect prints. It would save a lot of time for people who do not have so much.
