Un templo católico moderno, construido con tecnología innovadora que permite techar una gran extensión de terreno con ligereza de peso y sin el uso de columnas. Está dedicada a la Santísima Virgen María de Guadalupe, Reina de México y Emperatriz de América. Posee en el altar dos magnificas imágenes de la Guadalupana y de San Juan Diego presidiendo el altar. Además es el lugar de reposo de muchos Vallisoletanos pues es sede de los nichos mortuorios de la Parroquia. Vale la pena visitarlo, es un verdadero remanso pe de paz y tranquilidad para orar y meditar (cuando no hay doctrina de niños). Lamentablemente no está abierto durante todo el día, Aunque es posible acceder solicitandoselo al amable sacristán .
