★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendaría que de una vez por todas se señalen los límites del Centro Histórico en sus perímetros "A" y "B", ya que esa ambigüedad con la que señalan los límites en diversos documentos y funciones de servidores públicos responsables de gobernar en dichos perímetros, lo hacen de manera convenenciera perjudicando siempre a vecinos, es decir, aplican a su conveniencia las diferentes normas que se establecen para el Centro Histórico en diversos ordenamientos legales sin ocuparse del buen gobierno o que deberían de preocuparse por todos y no solo por unos cuántos.
I would recommend that once and for all the limits of the Historic Center be indicated in its perimeters "A" and "B", since that ambiguity with which they indicate the limits in various documents and functions of public servants responsible for governing in said perimeters, they do it in a convincing way always harming neighbors, that is, they apply at their convenience the different rules that are established for the Historic Center in various legal systems without taking care of good governance or that they should worry about everyone and not just a few.
