the director leaves a lot to be desired and the nurses have a terrible service

I had my 2 children there. One for 3 years and the other for 2 years and I never had any problems. The nursery is clean, tidy, with trained teachers and activities that help the development of the little ones.

My daughter was only one day, (Her adaptation day) It was on Monday, November 8 and when I got home to give her a bath in the afternoon I realize that she has marks on her arms and they seem like hand (We believe that they hold her too tightly enough to leave that mark on her). We do not know if it was pulling or that, at the moment we decided that our daughter would not remain in that place. The truth is that we just weren't going to go anymore, but my wife went to cancel her and pick up some things that they hadn't put in her bag. And the response of the employees is that this is fixed the same day at the time, that they can no longer check the cameras and that this is explained to us from the moment we agree to take it. Fortunately there are several options and it is not the only thing, the attention you receive in these types of complaints is terrible. I wasn't going to leave my daughter waiting for something worse to happen. I hope that my opinion serves to review those details and pay attention to those who are taking care of our children.

The attitude of the Director is terrible, she is very kind (excessively), but at the slightest altercation she totally changes her attitude. Zero capable for the position he performs.
