P	Paco Treviño on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo llamaría mal servicio, pero es más problemático que eso. Compramos una camioneta usada aquí. La camioneta indicaba fallas en la computadora, pero nos dijeron que con una batería nueva se resolvería, y pues, le pusieron la batería nueva. Pero era más chica que la que necesitaba, no me explico cómo una agencia cometería un error así. Ahora creemos que simplemente reseteaban la computadora para mostrarnos que no tenía ningún problema. Lo primero que hicimos con la camioneta fue ponerle llantas nuevas, y en el Costco nos mostraron que tenía las copas pegadas con pegamento y por dentro estaban rotas, y el vehículo presentaba varios problemas que supuestamente entrarían en la garantía, pero en vez de ayudarnos (Como fue contratado el seguro, un representante de Infiniti tenía que solicitar el servicio) continuaron culpando a un exempleado que, citando al Gerente Jaime Nidome Monge, "por algo ya no trabaja aquí" así lavándose las manos de cualquier responsabilidad. Dejamos el vehículo con ellos para diagnóstico durante un mes completo y tenemos razones para creer que ni siquiera abrieron la camioneta para checarla, pues parte del problema era que la llave se quedó pegada y continuaba ahí cuando la recogimos. Al final, nosotros tuvimos que financiar el arreglo de la camioneta para que pudiera volver a funcionar, y en la otra agencia, al día siguiente nos dijeron que tenía un problema en la bomba de gasolina, y que por eso no funcionaba correctamente. Aquí fue donde también nos señalaron el problema de la batería antes mencionado. De haber pensado que la Infiniti sería peor que un Lote de Autos, no habríamos comprado ahí. Ciertamente, no lo volveremos a hacer. Por esta intransigencia y falta de ética, advierto que se alejen de esta agencia. Preferible ir a un lote de autos. I would call it bad service, but it is more problematic than that. We bought a used van here. The truck indicated failures in the computer, but they told us that with a new battery it would be solved, and then, they put the new battery. But I was smaller than I needed, I don't know how an agency would make such a mistake. Now we believe that they simply reset the computer to show us that it had no problem. The first thing we did with the van was to put new tires on it, and at Costco they showed us that the cups were glued together and they were broken inside, and the vehicle presented several problems that would supposedly go into the warranty, but instead of helping us ( As the insurance was hired, an Infiniti representative had to request the service) they continued to blame a former employee who, citing Manager Jaime Nidome Monge, "for something no longer works here" thus washing their hands of any responsibility. We left the vehicle with them for diagnosis for a full month and we have reason to believe that they did not even open the truck to check it, because part of the problem was that the key stuck and continued there when we picked it up. In the end, we had to finance the arrangement of the truck so that it could work again, and at the other agency, the next day they told us that they had a problem with the gas pump, and that was why it did not work properly. This is where they also pointed out the battery problem mentioned above. Had we thought that the Infiniti would be worse than a Car Lot, we would not have bought there. Certainly, we will not do it again. Because of this intransigence and lack of ethics, I warn you to stay away from this agency. Preferably go to a lot of cars.
