El lugar en general pareciera estar un poco descuidado, sin embargo lo importante es que se pueda comenzar con el trámite.

Nuestra experiencia: esperamos 10 minutos para que un miembro del personal, que ya nos había visto esperando, se dignara a recibirnos e indicarnos que pasáramos. Sobre la atención, son amables, pero muy informales, ya que entre 3 personas estaban atendiendo a una persona mayor, sin levantarse de sus lugares.
They deserve better facilities, furniture and computer equipment leave much to be desired. Our experience: we waited 10 minutes for a member of staff, who had already seen us waiting, to deign to greet us and direct us to come in. Regarding the attention, they are friendly, but very informal, since between 3 people they were attending an elderly person, without getting up from their places.
