Si aún no tienes placas con el diseño actual (azules), recuerda que la fecha límite para hacer el canje gratuito concluyó el 30 de septiembre de 2014. A partir del 1 de octubre de 2014, deberás pagar el costo de los conceptos de expedición de placas y expedición de tarjeta de circulación establecidos en la Ley de Ingresos del Estado vigente al momento de realizar el trámite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización para el canje de placas, no cumple con los lineamientos de sana distancia,ni gel ni toma de temperatura. La gente está toda amontonada y de paso los "funcionarios" que trabajan en esas oficinas están en el celular y comiendo garnachas, todo el lugar huele horrible.
 Terrible organization for the exchange of plates, does not comply with the guidelines of healthy distance, or gel or temperature measurement. People are all crowded together and incidentally the "officials" who work in those offices are on their cell phones and eating garnachas, the whole place smells horrible.

Terrible attention, rude, arrogant, ignorant, and mistreatment of older people, terrible experience. Totally disappointing. Most of the people who work there are terrible.

Horrible I was 4 hours for the exchange of plates and there is no bank you have to go to pay at the window for any type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden muy bien, pero lástima de instalación, bonito diseño pero plantas, pasto y fuente, completamente abandonados, por qué no mantienen? Ni siquiera barren la calle, eso da muy mal aspecto.
They serve very well, but shame about the installation, nice design but plants, grass and fountain, completely abandoned, why don't they maintain? They don't even sweep the street, that looks really bad.

Terrible service, very slow service. Terribly bad police. The older ladies are the only ones who care about the roles and helping people.

Que está en la entrada recibiendo papales parece que se le va a pedir un favor, contesta de mala gana o ni contesta que pena y está bien el cajero automático que instalaron pero si pusieran uno más estaría perfecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizar mi canje de placas y desafortunadamente NO hay banco en el CIS para realizar el pago de cualquier trámite... Así que vayan recargados de tiempo y paciencia por qué les van a decir q tienen que ir al centro de Atlixco a realizar su pago en el Banco de su agrado y realizar el pago y después volver a regresar para terminar el trámite. Eso en verdad que quita casi una hora de su tiempo.
I went to make my license plate exchange and unfortunately there is NO bank in the CIS to make the payment of any procedure ... So go recharged with time and patience why are they going to tell you that you have to go to the center of Atlixco to make your payment in the bank of your choice and make the payment and then return to complete the process. That really takes almost an hour off your time.
