★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente es más la publicidad que los resultados, atención y servicio. Para la primera consulta fui programado un mes después por la demanda y solo me vendieron el gel, nada barato el tubo pequeño, al llegar la fecha hablaron una hora antes para cancelar la cita y dieron opción 2 semanas después, al llegar me tuvieron esperando pese a la cita, cuando informe que me retiraba por otro compromiso entonces salieron para atenderme en ese momento. Además cobran la consulta con el gel pese a que ya me habían vendido en la primera visita. Las instalaciones no tienen estacionamiento ni están acondicionadas para personas en muletas, mucho menos silla de ruedas, muy mal si están dedicados a pacientes en esas condiciones. Respecto al nano gel siguiendo las indicaciines puntuales durante más de 2 meses en dos úlceras del pie de 4 centímetros cada una el nano gel no hizo ni bien ni mal, así que fue decepcionante tenía más altas expectativas fue inocuo, mejores experiencias con otros productos similares como tegaderm, italdermol, recoveron, kitocel e incluso vitacilina.
 It really is more about the publicity than the results, attention and service. For the first consultation I was scheduled a month later due to the demand and they only sold me the gel, the small tube was not cheap, when the date arrived they spoke an hour before to cancel the appointment and gave an option 2 weeks later, when I arrived they had me waiting despite to the appointment, when I informed that I was withdrawing for another commitment then they left to attend me at that time. They also charge for the consultation with the gel even though they had already sold me on the first visit. The facilities do not have parking or are equipped for people on crutches, much less wheelchairs, very bad if they are dedicated to patients in these conditions. Regarding the nano gel, following the specific indications for more than 2 months in two foot ulcers of 4 centimeters each, the nano gel did neither good nor bad, so it was disappointing, it had higher expectations, it was innocuous, better experiences with other similar products like tegaderm, italdermol, recoveron, kitocel, and even vitacillin.
