Hace tiempo escuché la frase, “Si quieres hacer resultados diferentes, haz cosas diferentes”, y la atesoré como filosofía de vida.
Tiempo después , un mentor, me introdujo a una nueva filosofía, y me explicó que el mayor trabajo está en el SER, no en el HACER, no en el TENER.
Si hacemos cosas diferentes, pero no alimentamos nuestro ser en todos los sentidos, los resultados serían los mismos.
Creemos en el hacer, que si quiero resultados distintos solo es hacer cosas distintas, pero sino reflexiono quien soy, en mi SER, mis acciones tendrán poco margen, y tendré los mismos resultados.
Cuantos de nosotros nos enfocamos en el hacer?
Es por ello que nuestro propósito es SER .
Y con nuestros pacientes nos enfocamos en ello, trabajando en su crecimiento en todo sentido, desde nuestras áreas de terapia.
La prioridad es construir en el SER. Y por añadidura, nuestro acciones serán diferentes.
