A pesar de que nunca había practicado Yoga, sus clases multinivel me permitieron aprender siempre con la atención y ayuda de los profesores del centro.
No se lo pierdan!

El espacio es mágico, con un ventanal enorme rodeado de arboles sientes que estas en medio del bosque lejos de la ciudad y te ayuda realmente a desconectarte de tu rutina para concentrarte en la práctica de yoga.
¡Si estas buscando un lugar increible para hacer yoga, felicidades ya lo encontraste!
Kanda Center is the best place to do yoga. Adriana, one of the best teachers I have had in my life, has a beautiful way of guiding you to achieve your best practice and an impressively healing touch to correct your postures.
The space is magical, with a huge window surrounded by trees you feel that you are in the middle of the forest far from the city and it really helps you to disconnect from your routine to concentrate on the practice of yoga.

Otro gran beneficio del Centro, es su ubicación y sus vistas porque está rodeado de árboles, es un oasis en medio de la ciudad.
