★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta este cine, pero su personal es bastante apático. En el último año he ido más de 5 veces y solo una vez nos solicitaron nuestros boletos para entrar, en pocas palabras a nadie le importa.
Pero esta última vez que asistí, un muchacho en dulcería nos hizo pasar un rato muy desagradable, nos pidió donar los típicos $5 pesos para la fundación de Cinépolis, nos negamos pero esta persona continuó pidiéndonos el donativo, insistió de manera muy grosera, pero se notaba que su intención era ser grosero.
Se detuvo hasta que expresamente le dijimos que nos estaba incomodando, y aún así continuó con su alegata. Jamás fuimos groseros pero de verdad nos tuvimos que contener…
Una persona desequilibrada, de verdad.
I love this cinema, but their staff is quite apathetic. In the last year I have been more than 5 times and only once we were asked for our tickets to enter, in a nutshell nobody cares.
But this last time I attended, a boy in the candy store made us have a very unpleasant time, he asked us to donate the typical $5 pesos for the Cinépolis foundation, we refused but this person continued asking us for the donation, he insisted in a very rude way, but he I could tell that his intention was to be rude.
He stopped until we expressly told him that he was making us uncomfortable, and still he continued with his argument. We were never rude but we really had to contain ourselves...
An unbalanced person, really.
