★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los peores hospitales donde solo les importa hace dinero y negocio con el sufrimiento de los pacientes y familiares.
Todo el personal es grosero desde admisión, policías, doctores, en el restaurante son pésimos.
Pierden la importancia de hacer un bien y ayudar a los pacientes, hemos tenido que soportar muchas cosas y en 1 año no ha mejorado y a empeorado. Desafortunadamente no Puedo cambiar de hospital y tengo que soportar muchas cosas.
En definitiva NO lo recomiendo para una atención de calidad, ya que todo el personal es negativo y grosero.
One of the worst hospitals where they only care, they make money and business with the suffering of patients and families.
All the staff is rude from admission, cops, doctors, in the restaurant they are lousy.
They lose the importance of doing good and helping patients, we have had to endure many things and in 1 year it has not improved and has gotten worse. Unfortunately I cannot change hospitals and I have to endure many things.
In short, I do NOT recommend it for quality care, since all the staff are negative and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal fue muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y con un ambiente acogedor, el médico que nos atendió para quitar los puntos de una cirugía se mostró profesional y las recepcionistas muy educadas y gentiles, aunque el precio de la consulta fue un poco elevado todo lo demás bien, ascensores funcionales y mucha seguridad para entrar y salir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por culpa de la recepcionista que no quizo recibir a mi familiar hipertenso, lo trato mal y al salir (grabe todo para ir a presentar la denuncia por negligencia) mi familiar sufrió por la tensión que le genero el rechazo a atenderla, un derrame cerebral.

El Dr. Jorge Alberto Palma Villalba tuvo una actitud despota, grosera y poco profesional hacia mi familiar, incluso gritandole e insultando a mi mama. Ademas de esto la falta de ética de el y de la recepcionista la Sra. Claudia Millan hacen que este servicio de urgencias tenga los mas bajos estandares de atención médica. No solo por la deficiencia en conocimientos medicos del encargado de urgencias pero también por la falta de atención HUMANA hacia esta situación. Desafortunado que tuvieramos que vivir una experiencia TAN desagradable, agravando la situación de estres y angustia que de por si ya viviamos.

Lleve a mi mamá de 74 años por una caída en la madrugada y me comentó que las chicas y chicos que estaban atendiendo, parecían “de fiesta” el Dr. que me dio información al final ME MINTIÓ que había desayunado muy bien y a ella también que no pase a darle de desayunar PORQUE EN LA SALA NO HABÍA NADIE! Cuando nunca me despegue esperando que me llamaran. Parece que la única persona mayor es el camillero, muy amable, pero todos los demás son jóvenes que al parecer solo quieren ligar entre ellos. Que pena por el prestigio del Hospital!
