★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta hace uno o 2 años, la atención al cliente era buena, pero ya no. Como que se perdieron en el camino. La atención de los médicos es buena sin embargo la atención de las enfermeras está peor que si estuvieras atendiendote en el IMSS. Cuando llamé para pedir informes, contestaron sin ningún tipo de presentación y son tajantes y groseros, no tienen tacto, yo pregunté literalmente que si tenían médico ginecológico y me dijeron "400 pesos y hay que venir a sacar la cita" bueno, total, me hicieron ir a sacarla por que no me quisieron dar más datos. Cuando llego, les comento que quiero cita, no dieron mayor información o explicación, solo me pidieron mi nombre y mi número los cuales apuntaron en una libreta pichurrienta, entre rayones, me dijeron "ya está, son 200 pesos del anticipo" la verdad, me molesté y le pregunté que eso que era, que cuando era mi cita y se limitó a decirme que ella me llamaba un día antes para avisarme el día y hora de mi cita, que ellos así lo manejaban, que si la quería o no. Yo, idiotamente, le dije que si, le di el dinero y me dijo "eso es todo" se dió la vuelta y se fue, no me dió ni un comprobante ni nada que señalara que le di anticipo.
Until a year or two ago, customer service was good, but not anymore. Like they got lost on the way. The care of the doctors is good, however the care of the nurses is worse than if you were treating yourself at the IMSS. When I called to ask for reports, they answered without any kind of presentation and they are blunt and rude, they have no tact, I literally asked if they had a gynecological doctor and they said "400 pesos and you have to come to get the appointment" well, total, I They made go to remove it because they did not want to give me more data. When I arrived, I told them that I want an appointment, they did not give more information or explanation, they only asked me for my name and my number which they wrote down in a pichurrienta notebook, between scratches, they told me "that's it, it's 200 pesos in advance" the truth, I got upset and asked her what it was, when it was my appointment and she limited herself to telling me that she called me the day before to let me know the date and time of my appointment, that they handled it that way, if she wanted it or not. I, idiotically, said yes, I gave him the money and he said "that's all" he turned around and left, he did not give me a receipt or anything to indicate that I gave him an advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 06/ de agosto acudí para una consulta según yo que era buen hospital pero no si iba con síntomas de un poco mal de la garganta pero no me quisieron anteder que primero tenía que ir hacerme un estudio de antígeno y claro que sea negativo entonces para mí fue falta de respeto deben de tener un anuncio donde diga que tipo de salud de sus clientes pueden atender
Today August 6 I went for a consultation according to me that it was a good hospital but not if I had symptoms of a little bad throat but they did not want to tell me that first I had to go do an antigen study and of course it is negative then for I was disrespectful, they must have an ad where they say what type of health their clients can attend to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dudo que haya buenos médicos, pero en mi experiencia no me gustó nada, afuera dice que la consulta es de $30, pero cuando pase me cobraron $150 y eso quizás no esté mal, pero mi consulta (literal) ?fue de 5 minutos, la doctora que me atendió ni siquiera me dejó terminar de contarle mis síntomas, simplemente con la primer oración ella dijo que ya sabía que tratamiento darme, todavía no me levantaba de la camilla cuando ya me estaba haciendo la receta ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un (centro médico?) de pésima atención llegas por urgencias todavía no te atienden y ya te están cobrando te intimidan metiéndote ideas por el susto que traes para sacarte más dinero decían que iban a internar a mi hermana pero ni le administraron nada y solo dejaron su brazo inchado por aguja del suero y todavía te recetan medicamentos que no tienen nada que ver sin ni siquiera haberla revisado bien en verdad da mucho coraje que te traten así en momentos en los que no sabes a quien acudir en situaciones así doy gracias que mi hermana se encuentre bien actualmente

They said that they were going to hospitalize my sister but they did not administer anything to her and only they left her arm swollen by a serum needle and they still prescribe medications that have nothing to do with it without even having checked it well, it really gives a lot of courage that they treat you like this at times when you don't know who to turn to in situations like this, I'm thankful that my sister is doing well now

It is a good private hospital but the doctor on the night shift was very despotic, instead the doctor is the opposite;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace escasamente unos días, mi pequeño tenía fiebre, y lo más tajante y grosera que fue la Dra. tanto al revisar cómo decirme literalmente "Seguro es Omicron" ni siquiera checo bien y daba por hecho lo que tenía. Tuve que ir a otro lugar en donde si me atendieron adecuadamente y me explicaron que se trataba de una infección en la garganta.
Just a few days ago, my little boy had a fever, and the most blunt and rude thing that the Dr. was, both when checking how to literally tell me "Sure it's Omicron" I didn't even check well and took for granted what he had. I had to go to another place where they treated me properly and explained that it was a throat infection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mi es un pésimo hospital lleve mi niña de emergencia ni siquiera la revesaron así como llegué luego con $$ en vez de que auxilien a la paciente tienes dinero para atenderla te prometen tantos medicamentos y nada de eso le aplican son unas déspotas simplemente lo pasan a un cuarto a descansar sin medicamento ni atención dicen que le hiban aplicar suero ni eso pudieron le lastimaron nada más el brazo y ya no le pudieron aplicar pero eso sí pasen a pagar la cuenta y una receta que ni al caso por qué le compramos y no dio resultado cuando nos gastamos más de$6,000 y nada yo les recomiendo que no lleven sus enfermitos ahí llevenlo en otro lugar menos ahí.. Al siguiente día lo tuvimos que llevar con otro médico y ahí si lo atendieron bien inmediato bimos los resultados. Todo lo de la receta anterior no le sirvió porque no era por lo que tenía era una simple infección del estómago.
