★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a servicio por apendicitis, me tomaron rayos x y no me los dieron, solo le tomaron una foto a la pantalla y me la mandaron a mi correo, llevo 1 mes esperando esos exámenes y no me han resuelto nada, pague por eso y no es justo ni mucho menos ético que manden los resultados en una simple e insignificante foto de celular!
I went to service for appendicitis, they took x-rays and they didn't give them to me, they just took a picture on the screen and sent it to my email, I've been waiting for those exams for 1 month and they haven't solved anything for me, I paid for that and it's not it is far from ethical to send the results in a simple and insignificant cell phone photo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bueno el servicio de urgencias mi mama estuvo muy mala a punto de quedar inconsciente la internaron por 24hrs y cuando la dieron de alta le dieron sus respectivos medicamentos y en la siguiente cita con el doctor le recetó otros pero uno de ellos le hizo mal y cada semana se tenia que mandar estudios y cita.
Lo malo y lo que me dio CORAJE es que como es posible que le dieron un medicamemto inadecuado paso un mes y se puso peor mi madre. y terminamos con un doctor que lo antendio en el henri dunant hace 2 años y lo esta sacando en adelante
Tanto tiempo perdido y dinero tirado a la basura para que no le traten bien su enfermedad, no creo que recomiende esta clinica

The bad and what gave me COURAGE is that as it is possible that they gave him an inappropriate medication, a month passed and my mother got worse. and we ended up with a doctor who attended him at the henri dunant 2 years ago and is taking him out from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El médico Fuentes Jiménez que me atendió me diagnosticó dengue (lo cual era correcto) pero me dijo que no ameritaba incapacidad. Sabemos que el IMSS es muy difícil que te incapacite, por obvias razones acudí a consulta al IMSS y oh sorpresa, con base a estudios de sangre me dio 5 días. Por lo que deja mucho que desear el servicio de esta clínica. Además las señoritas que atienden en la mañana los domingos, bastante groseras
The doctor Fuentes Jiménez who treated me diagnosed me with dengue (which was correct) but told me that it did not merit disability. We know that the IMSS is very difficult to incapacitate you, for obvious reasons I went to the IMSS for consultation and oh surprise, based on blood studies it gave me 5 days. So it leaves much to be desired for the service of this clinic. Also the ladies who attend in the morning on Sundays, quite rude

Además los precios son muy accesibles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de camilleros y enfermeras, muy buena explicación de los Doctores que nos atendieron,salvo al final con una Doctora que nos trató como ignorantes, cuando le solicitamos nos explicara que era lo que nos estaban cobrando,creí justo que al pagar 7000 pesos nos explicaran. Pensábamos operar ahí a mi padre pero el trato de esa Dra deja mucho que decir. Por supuesto no regresamos.

We were thinking of operating on my father there but the treatment of that Dra leaves a lot to say. Of course we will not return.
