No hay mucha fila para ingresar lo cual ayuda a que no se generen muchas aglomeraciones de personas que llegan a solicitar el servicio de la clínica, de igual manera se toman en cuenta y se prácticas las medidas de prevención anti covid, como lo es la toma de temperatura así como el uso de los tapetes sanitizante y el uso obligatorio del cubrebocas tanto por parte del personal que labora en dichas instalaciones así como de los pacientes y o cualquier persona que tenga que ingresar a sus instalaciones igual el suministro de gel antivacterial es de manera inalambrica....

There is not much line to enter which helps to avoid many crowds of people who come to request the service of the clinic, in the same way they are taken into account and anti-covid prevention measures are practiced, such as taking the temperature as well as the use of sanitizing mats and the mandatory use of face masks both by the staff working in said facilities as well as by patients and / or anyone who has that entering their facilities even the supply of antivacterial gel is wireless ...

Personally, they have treated me in the best way. The rooms are not the best but they are comfortable to give a good service. Blessings and speedy recovery to everyone who enters here.

Very good attention from the doctors and not to mention the nurses, my mother is an elderly person and they were patient with her and treated her with love and respect, the simple but functional rooms

Enfermeras muy atentas y personal de recepción. Falta más atención al servicio de limpieza de la habitación día y medio no se hizo aseo ni recolección de basura

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hospital Nurses, Doctors and cleaning staff are excellent. With this being said the security female on staff (Sandra) is totally unprofessional and inconsiderate of her place of work. Hospital patient care should be understanding and patient not to mention professional.
There is a right way and a wrong way to deal with a customer and it's unfortunate that the distasteful experience we had here would be the only reason we would not recommend this hospital. We do understand rules and regulations what we do not understand is the unnecessary and unacceptable rudeness of one employee and hope this is brought to her attention by her superiors.
Treat others as you would like to be treated, hopefully with the upmost dignity and respect and remember, you ARE the face of this establishment, customer care is everything.
If management would like further information we would not be opposed to speaking with you.
