La humanidad y el espíritu por ayudar debe de ser parte de sus valores y principios, al no mostrarlo ni siquiera en su servicio al cliente me llevo una idea clara de lo que pudiera esperar de su personal medico.
Fatal customer service, call to ask for teleconsultations and the young lady who attends that by the way was very rude to me and did not provide me with her name or the name of the doctor NOTHING.
Humanity and the spirit for helping must be part of its values and principles, by not showing it even in its customer service, it brought me a clear idea of what to expect from its medical staff.
